-If we're going for a saga feel, it would be nice to have alternate titles for all the movies.
-The idea of the first film being simply "Star Wars" does have it's appeal.
-To set this saga apart, ID's suggestion of solely episode #s just might do it for me.
The dilemma with the third option would be whether or not to subtitle the first film "Episode I," as all the others would be "Episode _". And what would TM think of not using "Shroud of the Dark Side"?
Arrival on Tatooine:
I'm all for changing things, but if it becomes obvious some changes are not going to be seemless, I have no problem in leaving things the way they were originally. That's where I stand on this sequence. Utilizing the Tatooine music from ANH is acceptable only if it is cleverly edited and not tracked. Trooperman often changes the key in music making it different enough as to not be a complete repeat. That's another route we can take (though I don't know what he uses to make those changes). "Dune" would also be a good source for desert footage, and would certainly blend in a lot better than "Lawrence of Arabia" (one would think so at least).
Liam Neeson:
It would be a great help to have a complete resource of Liam Neeson dialogue along the same lines as the Christopher Lee posts a few pages back. Batman Begins, Kingdom of Heaven, and The Chronicles of Narnia are all excellent sources for alternate/additional Qui-Gon dialogue. BB is going to be the easy one to document, as it's ver popular and many of us on this board own it. KoH, not so much, and Narnia is a ways off from being officially released. Any help in this area would be greatly appreciated.
