Thinking of attempting a film edit of season one that just serves to set up the new movie and ignores seasons 2 and 3 - a kind of alternate continuity where Din and Grogu never split up. This would get rid of Fennec/Boba and keep Gideon dead at the end of season one. Would maybe include some of the ice spider episode from season 2 to fill out the middle and set up Carson Teva so we could end on the scene where Din joins the New Republic. Of course you’d have to wait and see what gets referenced in the new movie, but I suspect they’ll keep it simple for people who haven’t seen past season 1. He even has his old ship back.
