Yeah I know about those scenes. I saw all the cut scenes on T'bone's site, but decided that Dooku is more of a single-saber, singe-blade fan. I think as an aristocrat, he sees anything other than a single sword as uncivilized. I also think I read this somewhere, maybe the novelization, but I can't remember.
