I was looking for something similar last year for since abandoned project. The closest was an AVI Synth plugin called Auto Overlay but there was still too much manipulation needed for my use (to be fair, I’m not great with AVISynth stuff). I have to believe that there’s an easier way but I have yet to find one…I hope somebody here has more info
