I know not everyone is a fan of AI, but there has been a string of really really good AI videos for Star Wars on YouTube. Would Adywan ever use this technology to improve a scene or two in his edits?
I reckon it’s unlikely that Adywan would, but there’s nothing stopping the community from using his edits as a base for further improvements, potentially powered by AI.
Hello Adywan, I was wondering how the upcoming restored versions of the Original Trilogy are impacting what you are working on with Revisited?
Looking at your change list on page one it looks like the restorations could tick off a bunch of those changes for free as it were (colour grading, removing SE additions, etc) and allow you to progress with fresh elements like adding the B Wings to the battle, enhancing the Super Star Destroyer explosion, and that type of thing.
Be interesting to hear if the announcements and the leaked restored images are a great help to your project and have enabled you to reduce or reorder the job list?

Honestly, after the “4K” LOTR trilogy hype with everyone parroting “it will be scanned from ogrinal negatives” which in the end it clearly wasn’t and PJ said as much, I am very much in DOUT it will be everything everyone is saying it will be.
