Hi, I’m one of those people who’s had enough of Lucas’s constant changes to the movies, Greedo shooting first, etc. and have recently created a site called Master Edition. At first glance, this site looks like it creates even more things that Lucas should change…which it does, but if you look closer, you’ll notice that a lot of the changes actually UNDO some of the changes he did to the Special Editions, along with fixing up plot holes, crappy graphics, inconsistent dialogue, etc. to make all the movies flow as one big saga, while at the same time making each movie appear to stand on its own two feet better. Most of the changes I’ve proposed are to the prequels, while the changes to the originals are pretty modest. Either way, I think it’s worth checking out.

Ultimately, my dream is that Master Edition be released along with the original theatrical versions of each film in a 12-disc boxed set. This way people could watch what they want, when they want, and a lot of people would be very happy. Best of all, a version like this would mean a guarantee of no more future changes, which is what a lot of people are looking for.
