Like I said. I think there is something inherent in the file that’s causing that.
But certain players/hardware aren’t affected. I can’t explain it, but the exact file for me worked on one computer but not another.You can try some different software other than VLC. Maybe if you use MPC or MPV it might play it fine?
I used Potplayer and the issue still exists. Tried Media Player Classic. Still there. But its okay. 2 seconds of glitch wont ruin two hours of cinema 😃
