Well, I did a couple things.
- Confirmed that the file that I have RAR’d is exactly the same as the original.
- I ran the file on 2 different computers (both with VLC, same version). On one computer it was fine, on the other computer I saw the problem. Here’s the “snapshot”.
Exactly
So we could safely assume that the file is okay and the issue is only with rendering either due to the media player or the pc hardware (only probable cause)!!! .I thought my file is corrupt and deleted my copy 😭.
Need to download this again. Thank you for making time to look into this issue.Well I’m no expert, but I would guess it’s a combination of the 2.
There is something wonky with that small section of the file. And for some reason, some hardware or software decoders can handle it and some cannot.
?
Yo bro, the issue still exists. I don’t know how or why. This is the 3rd time I’ve redownloaded the file. Guess its just not in our hands. Better believe the file’s good and just pretend need different hardware than killing time trying to fix it. Better leave it at that. Now only RoTK left to download.
