It’s no coincidence that something like this has only surfaced a year and some change before the movie’s 50th anniversary. I would expect a re-release in theaters with the unaltered version in May 2027.

How do you all like the TESB shots in that video compared to how they look in TESB:R?
TESB:R is my go to version. Watched it many times. It looks great and has SO many needed improvements and fixes (Cloud City, the emperor, the first shot of the snowspeeders flying over, I could go on). That being said, the shots in the youtube video look absolutely phenomenal. If it ends up being a blu-ray release like many of us are hoping, I bet you could take some of the new/improved shots from revisted to replace those in this new restoration and you’d hardly be able to see the difference. Revisted looks that good.
It almost feels like MAGIC the way Adywan took the 2011 Blu-Ray transfers and improved on them in every way.

I don’t know how long this will last due to the bandwidth restrictions , but it was my only option. You can view the preview or download the clip to see it in better quality ( which is what i would recommend )

I do not believe that the copyright bot cares what you write in the description. Fair Use and other US copyright law terms apply whether or not you put something in a video description. This is like the idea that posting a particular copy-pasted paragraph on Facebook somehow protects you from their data collection; it does nothing.

Correct! You’re better off removing music or play it at a 25% + or - speed. Clips under 8 seconds usually get past.

@YAREL_RGP The copyright bots are designed to seek out and flag any video containing material from their databases - the context of the upload isn’t even a factor. Uploading (distributing) copyrighted material, anywhere, for any reason, is unlawful and the copyright holder (the legal owner of the property) is well within their rights to request that it be removed. “Fair use” is an argument that might be successful in certain parts of the world, in certain cases, but only after the fact. Asserting it initially is not going to accomplish anything.
