Megamind is a movie I was totally obsessed when I first saw the trailer, and I’m glad I saw it, given its cult status nowadays. And then I saw this

Yes folks, Megamind on 35mm, but in 3D!
I thought it would be cool to preserve this, not only to do my own take, but to also see how we can do it in 3D, especially for anyone who remembers seeing this in cinemas back when they were still stuck on 35mm, even if it’s 3D.
However, because this is an extremely expensive project given the seller wants less than $1500, but also scanning it might be impossible for my room, so I thought I can get someone to do it for me, as well as estimate the entire budget on the project overall, such as the order, the scanning, and how big every single raw scan of every reel will be stored. I’m honestly welcome if this scan can be in 4K, HDR, and contain Cinema DTS audio, etc., if we can.
I will use PayPal to fundraise this project just in case anyone involved in this project can’t afford the budget, though it might be tricky given its 30-day limit.
Once this project is complete, I would think of releasing it in many versions. A 2D version, A side-by-side version, an MVC version, and anaglyph versions, though the latter would’ve been the most common since most of you threw your 3D televisions away.
