Does Tarkin know Darth is Anakin

I never saw much of the Clone Wars show but it was curious the writers decided to have Anakin and Tarkin together. This makes their scenes in episode iv significantly ‘juicier.’ (I can’t think of a better term.)

any EU stories that account for Tarkin knowing Vader is Ani? Either pre or post CW retcons?

Vader calls Obi-wan his old master (and Tarkin replies surely he must be dead by now) so I assume so. Makes no sense in terms of time scale or prequel stuff but yeah. Unless Tarkin is thinking of another pupil of Obi-wan (aka Vader isn’t Anakin in 1977). Presumably there’s a bunch of new or PT era EU material around.
