Hmn, that's right. It wasn't supposed to be raining on Coruscant. Or maybe it should. On huge airplane hangars, when they get closed for a long period of time during hot days, the humidity on the air can cause rains when it gets colder.

What I couldn't understand is why they would leave a heavily burned dying man with no arms or legs OUT ON THE RAIN, while taking him to the operating table. Now I'm no doctor, but I belive you SHOULD sedate and cover a person under that condition, not leave him screaming in pain under the rain, right?
