I own the old official DVD release from long ago and also picked up the BluRay set super cheap at a garage sale a few years back, but unfortunately like most of my DVD and BluRay collection, these now just sit on my bookshelves untouched, while I tend to watch the streaming versions for the convenience.

The only issue with my approach is the missing scenes from the streaming versions, which you seem to have attempted to resolve with this edit.

I can’t even imagine how long it took to edit together, minimising the use of the lower quality DVD footage for scenes where it was also partially included in the higher quality streaming/BluRay versions, while making the scenes flow smoothly for viewers, and also subtitling it as well.

Manually adding in and sync up the official subtitles from both sources to your edit yourself would have been painstaking. Not sure if you used an AI tool to assist in the process, but even then would have taken a long time.
