A long, long time ago (in my 20s), in an apartment far, far away, I had DirecTV and there was a channel that showed HD versions of older (well, older-ish) TV shows and movies. Millennium was a favorite of mine—I still remember that season 2 ending and being so freaked out by it—and they broadcast season 1 in HD. I’m pretty sure they also showed episodes of The X-Files, and maybe even Buffy, though I don’t remember for sure.
Once HD-DVD and Blu-Rays came about, I kept looking and looking, to see if Millennium would ever show up, but no such luck.
Cut to a few weeks ago, and I start looking to see if anyone shared it online. I found a YouTube channel that uploads high quality upscales of older material, and they actually had The Lone Gunmen and Harsh Realm up! I asked if Millennium would be coming, but the answer was no. 😦
I started my search for Millennium in HD, and ultimately found my way here. Tried finding it on use*net, but I could only find the pilot. Anyways, I’m very new here and this is my first post, but if anyone wants to have pity on me and let me know where it can be obtained, I would be super grateful. Millennium is a favorite of mine, and the fact that it was never really preserved in quality is a sad thing indeed.
Until then, I’ll wait…watch…and see who cares. lol
