I still don’t understand the need for a low quality reconstruction of the 97SE, but if it makes you happy, great!
Which of those shots were from the film scan you have?
I think having it low-quality is good because of two things: one, it adds a sense of nostalgia to the film so you get to like feel the films as the people saw them in 1997. Two, it also saves space in devices, since having all restorations and fanedits be 10GB per film takes a good chunk of computer space.
And as for the question you wrote; most scenes. the scenes that were taken from other sources were the Wampa-scene, the scream of Luke shot, the Death Star near Alderaan shot and the victory celebration ending.
