Just remembered to update this thread.
So, I haven’t edited the Barbara Benedetti films yet becasue I haven’t fel the need to yet, but I decided to edit the next series of fan films to continue the story.
I chose the Vasilios Alagiannis films because they are in both 4:3 and 16:9, making it perfect for my purposes. It also fits my criteria.
The edit starts with the ending of the final BB story, except now she turns into Vasilios Alagiannis. After the titles we have a shot of the Tardis pulled from a VHS copy of 7’s titles (since these first 2 films were clearly shot on VHS) and a new ai voiceover explaining what happened to BB’s companions.
Most of the edits to the 1st 2 films (the ones shot in 4:3) were to improve the competency and reduce the amaturishnes of the films (Mostly trims and adding new Tardis exterior shots so it looked much nicer). There’s also quite a bit less of the Tardis interior now in those first 2 films. I also rearranged a few bits and the 2nd film needed a lot of colour graidng to make everything look consistent and less overexposed during the exterior shots (and new lightning during those scenes).
Then films 3 and 4 were mostly just trims to imrpove the competency and reduce the amaturishnes of the films. (I didn’t use the middle installment of the finale trilogy so I didn’t have to worry about explaining what happened to the companion in that 1 film who isn’t seen or mentioned in the other 2.
And if you know any fan films that fit this criteria:
-In 16:9 (and preferably HD)
-Doctor is a man (which is stated in the Unbound season 24 regeneration, which cuts off before we see it fully)
-Doctor is travelling alone at the start.
-the series has ended.
-the series isn’t connected to other DW fan films.
-has the Doctor regenerate at some point (and preferably companionless).
-at least 4 stories at 17 minutes minimum
