From what I read the 4K is a “completely botched encoding” and the 1080p is way better. Knowing that I don’t know why you would want to use the 4K at all.

Though 4K was known to be a double of 1080p, so hopefully anyone might barely tell the difference.

With AVC 4K should be four times the bitrate of 1080p.

I recall that the 4K version’s bitrate is 50mbps while the 1080p version is only 25mbps. Though in this project I was thinking of using HEVC as it was way better and hopefully doesn’t contain any blockiness when re-encoding it.
