Perhaps some systems insist on blu-ray spec for audio which doesn’t allow for 44.1kHz.
Had partial power out last ten days so not able to use computer over that time.
Anyway yeah I’ll make a resampled to 48kHz audio track for those who need it.
anyway
on other audio news:
Since I sent it out I have since found that the scanner machine did NOT apply the necessary Dolby NR to the optical audio so the frequency balance will be off and the noise too high for the optical audio track meaning the Cinema DTS version is even more the favored one for playback. Will look into seeing if there is a way to apply the Dolby in software after the fact somehow. Not sure at the moment if is derived from same stems as the Cinema DTS (in which case maybe it’s not even particularly important) or is different.)
