Hello Original Trilogy Fans! I stumbled onto your site earlier in 2024 but didn’t make an account then. I love the original Star Wars films as I remember them as a kid (no offense to anyone else’s personal favorite versions.) I’m hoping to make connections here with individuals on Star Wars and other older shows/films that have become hard to experience again, in the form I remember them. Hello. My name is Mark. I actually inadvertently found this site because I was looking for The Fall Guy Season 4 and was just to this page because a member had worked in a project converting a, difficult to find tv series in it’s last two seasons, into HD format.
It was nice to land here next I too am a Star Wars fan. I am an ORIGINAL fan. What I mean by that is, my dad brought me to the local movie theater when I was 9 years old to watch the first Star Wars film. I’ve been a fan ever since.
Not only does this type film and storyline have so much uniqueness to it, unlike any other sci-fi film, it makes you wish you were a part of it. You envision yourself being there. This is why comi-cons can be fun at you can be a character and be in a community of like minded individuals from so walks of life.
We all want to get away from the hum drum, business, and stress of our lives, and have fun. Live life according to our interests, with others who have the same interests, and perhaps introduce others who are missing out.
Watching these movies now brings back a feeling of nostalgia, which is connected to so many things back then that no longer are so it resonates with so many other memories associated with this trilogy. So, now I’m here…
