I definitely prefer the film versions and, in most of the cases, I don’t miss the bookends, as some of them were really cringy 🙈 I also understand that, due to the editing and bridging two stories into one film, they had to remove most of these scenes.

But there were few that O liked a lot, and in case of Love’s Sweet Song I think the Old Indy part was really a great epilogue to the story.

I also liked bookends from The Curse of Jackal, Vienna (w/ kid Indy and the princess) and Peking.
