I liked this movie as it was. Picked up the Director's Cut but I haven't had a chance to watch it yet. There were certainly some flaws, but overall I thought it was well done. As for the Kingpin, I can deal with the changes to him far more easily than I can deal with some other changes Marvel has allowed over the years.

That having been said, I'm very curious to see what a fan edit would involve. Any details?
