Personally, I'd like to see Darth Maul being changed to Darth Grievous. It would change Obi-Wan's encounter with him from a fight against a piece of scrap with one helluva bronchitis to a fight against the Sith who killed his good friend and mentor. If it can be done in a believable way, it would make the whole thing much more powerful.
