Help: Little Go Beep in HD in Full Screen

Most prints have the cartoon cropped in 1080p HD 16:9 widescreen. We need a print of the cartoon in its original Academy ratio format in 1080p HD.

I think we should use the Super Stars DVD print as a source and upscale and enhance it with color, brightness, sharpness and contrast adjustments to match with the HD footage, but make it accurate to the original theatrical release of the short film, using Topaz Lab AI and Adobe software. No compressing issues will be made.

What would you say if you made an HD copy of the cartoon in its original Academy ratio format?

Are you talking about this?

It seems that it’s ONLY ever been released in Academy ratio, as that’s what comes up when I google it…
Also, you keep referring to things as “print.s” this is misleading because it implies actual film prints. Just say versions in the future…

The DVD is the only one we have. We need to improve it by updating to high definition.

The Super Stars DVD has both a 16:9 cropped version and a 4:3 version to choose from.
I have no idea why anyone would choose the cropped version to watch.

The HD versions used a 16:9 cropped version from that DVD and upscaled it to HD for later releases. It was also shown for iTunes and WBDR and DDQ Blu-ray release.

What are you talking about? It isn’t on max… You seem to have a plan to do your own upscale- great, then do it! What’s the point of this thread exactly?
