Just wanted to let everyone know how proud I am of the membership here. I would've been pleased if we'd reached a couple hundred dollars, but to get to the $1000 mark is wonderful.
There have been times over the past year when I considered pulling the plug on the site, whether due to financial reasons or lack of time to maintain it properly. This is one of those times--probably the most significant--when I'm really glad I didn't.
I hope each and every one of you, whether you're able to contribute in money or in spirit, has a really incredible Christmas/Hanukkah/whatever and a very prosperous new year.
You all rock.

He can win all your hearts with his animal charms,

When he uses a bear-hug there's no breaking free,
