Based on the information I can find about the timeline, at least in my own chronological Plex series, I’ve put the entirety of Andor season 1 before Rebels Recut, and after Obi-Wan Kenobi/Tales of the Empire’s ‘The Path of Anger’.

The first three episodes of Andor season 2 sit between Rebels Recut’s ‘Old Masters’ and ‘Empire Day’. Andor season 2, episodes 4-6 are between Rebels Recut’s ‘Brother and Sister’ and Tales of the Empire’s ‘The Way Out’, then Rebels Recut’s ‘Return to Lothal’. Andor season 2 episodes 7-9 fit in between Rebels Recut’s ‘The Darksaber of Mandalore’ and ‘Fulcrum’. The final 3 episodes of Andor season 2 play out after Rebels Recut’s ‘Family Reunion’, leading straight into Rogue One.

Technically the second half of Rebels Recut’s ‘Fulcrum’ happens in-between Andor season 2 episodes 8 and 9, but upon rewatching, and given the two episodes that were condensed into ‘Fulcrum’, I felt it was better to let the three Andor episodes play out, then return to Rebels.
