We all know the original release was poorly executed but I can’t believe there is not a consensus that Palpatine’s return was epically bad writing and a desperate attempt to make episode 9 relevant. Why are you not investing the time and expertise to cutting out Palpatine altogether. There is only one fan edit which has done this and whilst flawed, it still made a very good attempt.
