Yes, Greedo (and Jabba) subtitles for restoring theatrical subtitles to subtitle-free restorations can be found in resources\35mm-sources, available as PGS subtitles, or as individual PNG images. Right now, only English subtitles can be found in 2160p, and only Italian SW subs can be found in 1080p. Theoretically, that could change in the future as more original foreign prints are found and scanned.
