And that is one Constitutional amendment that will NEVER get through. I give my fellow citizens a lot of credit here. Whether or not Ahnuld would be a good president is irrelevant. There is no way 2/3 of all states would ratify to allow naturalized citizens the Big Chair. California, New York and maybe Mass. and Oregon would go for that. Nobody else. Not even liberal ol' New Hampshire. They're too proud of the electoral process as it stands.
