From what I’ve heard, Backstroke of the West was likely created by a software called Kingsoft (金山快译) [probably the 2002 version]. I think a user on Reddit named u/Tokageron may be able to help with acquisition of this software. There is some Backstroke style A New Hope (The Novelty Desire) and Empire Strikes Back (The Counterattack Collection) dubs, but they’re made by a different group.
