Alrighty… here’s something a little different.
This is a clip I’ve been working on even before I release the first Beta clip… It’s a 6-shot section of the movie FULLY remastered, I mean Dirt/scratches, DNR masking, color correction, And in glorious 4K! This is what the Final Release will look like. Now there was an arant scratch here or there that got away, but it’s pretty damn close. This 6-shot section took me almost 2 months to finish. aswell as asking a friend to run the shots through Neat Video for me, using the noise profiles I had made. The longest shot was the one with the sand people throwing Luke on the ground because it required so much damn masking, but it wasn’t the hardest; the hardest was the first shot of R2-D2- it has an unbelievable amount of dirt and so many scratches, which where almost impossible to remove.
