IT WASN'T PAINFUL. IT WAS GLORIOUS. SERIOUSLY, IT'S SAD TO SEE WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO THE EAGLES THIS SEASON DUE TO INJURIES.

The same thing that happened to the Bears the last couple of seasons. And exactly what we all saw happening this season when Grossman went down. But then...

I love the media. A guy throws two interceptions in a road game in one of the toughest stadiums in the league and all of a sudden he's called Jake 'the mistake' Plummer.

I know it's not the first time he's been called that, but come on. He has one of the lowest interception percentages in the NFL and only 6 INTs on the year. If people don't think Denver will still clinch a first round bye they've got another thing coming.

I think I will be rooting for the Eagles to lose the rest of the season so they can get a higher position in the draft

Note Lurie and Banner: please fire Andy Reid.

As long as the Vikings can't get anywhere...I'm happy.

But yeah...Packers season (ouch).
Which is the more foolish, the fool (the OT) or the fool who follows (the PT)?

That was an amazing game Dayv! I was obviously rooting for Dallas as well. Hard to believe it ended on a missed field goal by the Chiefs. I turned it off and switched to NFL Prime Time after the last Dallas touchdown. I switched back during a commercial and damn was I suprised to see them lining up for the field goal. Great game.

And damn, the Broncos made the Ravens look like a decent football team. Well, sort of. Boller just made himself look like a 3rd-stringer. That team needs a new QB among other things. And speaking of QB's, another mistake-free game for Plummer. Man, it's good to see Denver holding a two game lead over KC and SD again.

Warbler, seriously man, firing Andy Reid won't help the Eagles. Who are they going to hire? Mariuchi? Billick? Dom Capers?? The only thing holding them to a last-place finish this season is TO and costly injuries to the rest of their key players.

T.O. isn't to blame for this mess, Reid is. Yeah T.O. acted like an ***hole but, that alone can't excuse the embarassing losses this season. The Eagles have been totally unprepared for just about every game. Reid has never known what to do in the last two minutes of a half. He failed to replace key players during the off season. He never changes his play book dispite the fact that everyone in the league has figured it out. He forgets that it is legal to run the ball in football. He should have ordered McNabb to get the surgery much earlier in the season so that the he would have been healthy at post season time, and so the Eagles would have had healthy QB for the rest of the season. He stubborn, arrogant, won't ever admit he's wrong and refuses to change. It is obvous to me the Eagles will never win a championship under him and McNabb. This was supposed to be THE year for the Eagles instead, we're going to have a lossing season and won't make the playoffs. There is NO excuse for this bullsh__. I can't even find the words to discribe just how angry, frustrated, sick and tired of this sh__ I am. IMHO, some one must be made to walk the plank for travesty of a season. My pick: Andy Reid.

Bears streak has come to an end.

And now I have to wear a Steelers cap to keep up my end of a bet.

I would just like to take this moment to briefly praise the display of intelligence on the part of Mike Sherman when he argued that Samkon Gado was out of the pocket when he was wrongly charged with intentional grounding. Saved the Packers from a safety and the loss. Kept the game tied so that we could win the game in the overtime.

I'd also like to thank Sean Rogers, DT of the Detroit Lions. If he hadn't thrown Gado to the ground when they were both already out of bounds, we wouldn't have gotten that extra 15 yards and first down in the overtime.

WELL, THE "OUT OF THE POCKET" PLAY COULD HAVE BEEN CALLED THE OTHER WAY EASILY. SHERMAN WAS SMART TO ARGUE IT THOUGH. I'M GLAD THE PACKERS WON THE GAME.

Wow, I guess when things are going good -- like three straight appearances in the NFC Championship game and one Superbowl -- things are great. But when they're not, everything is completely thrown out the window. Just remember that T.O. is the cancer of the Eagles that has divided the locker room and created mistrust between players and between coaches. McNabb is the only reason why the Eagles were competetive in the beginning of the season. Had he not been around, you guys would have been in last place a long time ago. When things go wrong with a team like the Eagles this year, or the 2002 Raiders after they lost the Superbowl, people are very eager to point fingers at the head coach. True, he has a responsibility to keep the team in check and get it done on Sunday. But come on, T.O. has killed this Eagles team ever since his comments after the Superbowl, just like he killed the 49ers the last couple of years he was there.

McNabb stunk up the field in the Atlanta, Dallas, Denver, San Diego, Washington games, and the 1st half of the Kansas City game. They were NEVER competetive this season. Yeah, ME.O divided the locker room, but Reid did nothing to stop it until it was too late. Also one of the reasons ME.O. was able to do it, is because of Reids past treatment of players. As for our performance in past seasons, we were actually to 4 straight NFC Championship games and 1 Superbowl. We only won one Conference Championship. The Superbowl loss and the some of the NFC Championship game losses can be blamed on Reid being out coached and not knowing how to run a 2 minute offence. I believe the only reason the Eagles have had so much success is because in the last several years they have played in a weak division in a weak conference. If they had played in the AFC for the past five year, they would not have gotten anywhere near close to the Superbowl. I am sick and tired of watching Reid make the same dumb mistakes over and over and over again. This is not only a question of Reid's coaching ability, but also of his job as General Manager. I think it is clear that the Eagles will not win a Superbowl with Reid. Why waste more seasons with a guy when you know he can't win you a championship? And for Philly fans who haven't seen a championshio in 20 years and haven't an an Eagle's championship for over 40 years, it is all about wining a championship.

But I know whats going to happen. We're going to be stubborn and keep Reid and McNabb arround and things will get really bad and we go 3-14. And the then Lurie and Banner will wake up after we've wasted multiple years .

I say get it over with NOW .

ah, but you see again, if the Bills was been in the NFC of that time period, they as well would not have gotten anywhere near the Superbowl. And Philly being just good enough to get there , is not good enough.

AND THE COWBOYS BEAT THE CRAP OUT OF THEM IN THE SUPERBOWL.
