Hiya nsp,

I once had a ‘DVD preservation’ copy of the 1995 Hong Kong LD release - I think it was the only P&S release for that 1995 series of releases (all the others were Widescreen) - but unfortunately it got lost over the years… and it is seemingly a difficult release to find these days.

Personally, I loved it - despite the burnt-in subtitles. Not at the quality of Moth3r’s PAL set (WS), yet that not far off either.

Forcefreak on TSWT forums posted this info about the 1995 P&S Hong Kong set (all credit to him)

It is probably worth asking JadedSkywalker for his opinion on which is the best P&S release of the more readily available sets?

If you’re looking for opinions on fan preservations (usually LD rips to DVD/mp4/iso files), then this may be of interest:-
