This is an old thread, but for anyone interested in this promo video, I saw on the Discogs site that there are two different VHS promo videos, one released by Telegenics (https://www.discogs.com/release/21026848-Various-95E-Lounge-O-Matic), and one by WEA (https://www.discogs.com/release/9708493-Various-Good-News-Compilation-WEA-Nr-9).
I might upscale and colour-correct this footage, then insert it into a full-frame version of BTTF Part I.
