Well, when you consider the billions of dollars that have been spent on HIV/AIDS reasearch and the possibility that there is a cure right here inside this man, I think governments might try to change the law so they could save the money. A big chunk of it is footed by tax money as well. Tax money that our government would rather spend on just about anything else like military and homeland security.
