No kidding. Now if the Oscars fell on April 1st and Hayden won, that would be the best April Fools Joke ever.

But we don't even have to worry that he'd win anything other than a Raspberry award.

Episode 3 doesn't deserve any oscars for anything - not even effects.

It deserves one for best original score, but that's it. John Williams did some excellent work in this film.

I pretty much worship the ground John Williams walks on, but I have to say that this movie's music was kind of a hack job in some parts. I mean, I bought and listened to the soundtrack before I saw the movie and it sounds like he just threw in some old music of his from Empire Strikes Back, and not even appropriate music at that.

Like during the scene with the Emperor and Yoda you can here the music from ESB when Vader is hurling things at Luke at Bespin tyring to knock him over. But the scene that it is used in during ROTS, Yoda is unconscious on the floor and the Emperor is just walking towards him. Oookay.... I never thought that music fit well with that scene.

Of course Williams makes up for that in the next few shots where the Emperor and Yoda fight on the platform as it rises through the empty senate chamber. Now that scene gave me goosebumps. Both visually and musically. ...sad that is the only truely subtle piece of artwork in that film. This is the final Star-motherloving-Wars movie! The whole film should have been FILLED with stuff like that.
