This sounds worse than the series. Giving PIP a voice, & Darth Plagueis an apprentice!?
I thought the Pio voice worked very well. It became a droid with an attitude similar to 3P0 and R2 in the Original Trilogy.
The Plageuis having an aporentice was likely typed in error. His appearance was moved to a different and more appropriate spot. Nothing more than that.
