Don't think this one has been mentioned yet. One of my favorites is the end of the Vader/Obi-wan duel in ANH.
Obi-wan: "If you strike me down, I will become more powerful than you can possibly imagine."
Vader swings, Obi's cloak and saber fall in a pile, Luke shouts "NO!"

Great stuff.
