Can’t really help you, but a post on Hometheaterforum indicates that there were probably changes. One poster specifically said that on yet another forum (unnamed), Season 1 Episode 17’s song Eyes by Rogue Wave was replaced.
Thought so, I do know the DVD release indicated possible music changes
