- I absolutely endorse the Death Star being repaired versus an entirely new one. I never liked the concept of making a second Death Star in ROTJ. I wish the we could get an entirely different weapon, but this repair idea at least is more logical than building a brand new one from scratch.

- For Kenobi, I also 100% agree he and Vader should not meet each other. What makes it even worse was the fact that both of their meetings in the show make both of them into complete doofuses who are completely incompetent and cannot kill each other when presented easy opportunities.
I am intrigued by the concept of a simple check-in. However, there ways you can keep their ‘meetings’ if you decide to pursue that route. There is a Kenobi edit by Krausfadr that uses the first meeting as a dream sequence. I think the second meeting can be morphed into a force vision with the right creativity.
==> I like that Yoda vision you had. The AI voices are not perfect, but getting there. When I first listened, I thought the AI almost resembled the voice actors from the animated Clone Wars series. If you can pull that off, then go for it.

Good luck with the project. I personally prefer full movie formats, but I am certain others prefer this method. Also, you have plenty of good concepts and ideas going for you.
