The question is really “Is it relevant to the story of the Clone Wars?” The Bad Batch four-parter originally in TCW simply wasn’t relevant to TCW (other than that one scene, which I did use) - instead, it was relevant to the story of the Bad Batch show. The Ahsoka content from TOTJ was relevant to TCW, since it enhanced Ahsoka’s story set during the same timeframe. But, whilst Barriss is arguably one of the more major TCW characters, her return in TOTE doesn’t do anything to enhance the story of TCW. It certainly warrants a watch - it leads into both the Kenobi show and Rebels - but I think it’s more of a standalone thing.
