Not sure it looks better than the original workprint. Before any upscaling would be better to deal with the chromatic abberation?

The purple hue looks like it could be brought back around to red fairly easily with selective correction. Perhaps a better way to deal with this?

Better attempt by sompne else.

Seems much more even handed approach seems like it can be salvaged a bit image wise.

Audiowise it would be tough but would need new sound effects and everything else to construct new mix.
