Anyone Remember These Star Wars Commercials?

Author
Time
These are just a few original Star Wars commercials from the 70's-80's. I was a little too young to remember them, but they're still neat to see. I wish I could find more, actually. You can watch them streaming or download them.

By the way, the site has G.I. Joe, Transformers, He-Man, Thundercats ... it all takes me back.

Good times.

Ah, I've seen quite of few of those on Rikter's first Holiday Special DVD.

Really, I keep forgetting to e-mil the guy about the original movies. I'll have to ask him about it when I do.

I love stuff like this. I'm an 80's freak.

Yeah, although I didn't grow up in that era (I was only born in 89', and was too young), I find a lot of the stuff that came out of that era to be some of the best (movies, TV, Reagon).

Wow, you're a youngin'.

I was born in '76, and have trouble remembering Star Wars, of course, and Empire ... I was 4 years old. I only remember Jedi, really.

If I only knew how much Star Wars figures and their accessories would be worth now. How much were the figures back then, $1.75 maybe? I wonder how much the Millenium Falcon was back then. I remember the walkers from Empire, they were HUGE, and probably a pretty penny in those days.

*EDIT*
I don't know what's up with the first picture. It WAS working just fine ... maybe they don't want you linking to their site?

I hear that the original Boba Fett figure (released right after the holiday special aired) is worth the most. I'd like to see it.

EDIT: None of the pictures are working for me. Hmmm.

You're getting a red X?

If not, the links are below the picture, not the picture itself.

Oh well, as long as the links are working.

*EDIT*
I'll just remove the pictures. I don't get why they want "I LOVE RETROJUNK.COM," instead of the actual picture. Doesn't it still use bandwidth.
Meh ...
