Although not a feature-length video, there is the project, 'Star Wars: Leftovers"-- a 43-minute video featuring a collection of deleted scenes, arranged in film order, from ANH. One of the audio tracks has production-sound without the music score, so perhaps you can compose a suite-score for that video.
