Really interested in the project, maybe even in contributing. Just one question first, is there something about the blu ray release that is wrong or messed up that you are trying to fix with this project. Or are you doing this just to do it, for the fun/educational process.
Really just curious, most of the projects I see here are trying to fix poor color timing or subsequent director/studio meddling. What’s your reason?
The current Blu is an ancient flat sharpened 2k master. A 35mm print scan is very welcome until Paramount releases the new 4k master.
