That book 3 montage at the end- looks great! I am really glad that this worked in the edit. No further comments đ
For book 4-
2:23 and 2:33 - The awesome soundtrack drops, then comes back at these time stamps. Something about this audio is slightly off. Like it needs a drop/rise sound effect layered on the rise up. I am not a sound guy, but itâs noticeable to me so those more experienced here could likely weigh in.
The current setup for the end of scene dialogue:
MUSIC RISES- âShow yourselfâ MUSIC STOPS âJEDIâ
I wonder how this would sound with this order: Music rises on a dramatic shot (no dialogue)⌠MUSIC STOPS âShow yourselfâŚâ saber ignites âJedi.â
OR - MUSIC STOPS âshow yourself, Jediâ SABER IGNITES
In either case- the dialogue happens during the music swell and it undercuts her badass line instead of accentuating it.
1:14:00 - The music change for Bill Burr and Mando being saved by the Imperials. I like this song choice WAY MORE than the Mando flute theme (which absolutely doesnât work⌠Disney should have known this). However, the song chosen is a bit too somber for explosions.
Check out the 10:50 to 12:00 mark (or 11:06 onwards) in the following video for an alternative that has some rises.
Additionally, the low part after 4:15 may make a good foreboding theme inside the complex at some point.

Or try Krennecâs Imperial theme from this video:

(Trying to come to you with solutions, not problems, but you can use what works as you see fit!)
The Officer showdown is a lot better on this edit. Thanks for putting in time here, itâs one of the big moments of the show so it will have extra scrutiny from everyone who watches it.
1:29:58 - DAMN this works better with Bobaâs theme. Great sync up to the action here.
Cara Duneâs gun having a BASS THUMP is so good. It really hammers in the payoff for her previous elevator scene. There are a couple frames where the sound doesnât match her firing, but itâs real close (Firing to the left half of the screen in her opener volley, and the final volley on the bridge). I am only noticing it from watching a couple times.
I donât like the somber music during the Luke arrival sequence. At 1:54:34 when that door opens the music is just too slow for me. But thatâs what Disney thinks is best đ
Solid upgrades here. My suggestions are pretty minor and I saw a lot of the scene transitions have been hammered out. Great work, ACBagel!
