I’m in full support of this project moving forward. Just got the Blu-ray’s and I they are even worse than I thought they would be. Love what I see you doing to match the original color. I know it’s probably not possible but is there anyway to address the damage that has been done by the heavy and poor use of DNR?
Just a quick question. Does anyone else have a bluray copy that has completely different font at the beginning of the film? Mine also looks markedly worse that the Blu-ray example you posted for reference in comparison to your color correction and the dvd version. I bought these directly from the Sullivan shop. There must have been an earlier Blu-ray version? And if so, can you tell me what your cover looks like? This set was extremely expensive and as it turns out… they don’t do returns. I wish I had known!
