Recently, I managed to beat Ghost of Tsushima, and what a journey that was! The story, gameplay, and the art of it… absolutely stunning.
Shadow of Mordor, another favorite. I love anything related to Lord of the Rings.
And, of course, there’s the classic GTA series. I’ve played and beaten all the GTAs. Recently went through the remastered trilogy.
I’d like to mention League of Legends. I’ve put countless hours into this game. That’s a whole different beast since there’s no “beating the game” the traditional way. It’s insanely hard to master with its high skill ceiling and strategies. Even though I enjoy the challenge, reaching that “pro” status involves strategies that sometimes stretch beyond the typical gameplay. Many people talk about using lol scripts to improve, but I’m still not sure about using these. I’ll try a few more days on my own, and then I’ll decide.
