Anakin probably is closer to Uther Pendragon, and Luke maybe Arthur or Gawain. Ben Kenobi is probably equal part Lancelot, Merlin.
But its kind of a stretch. I think there are more parallels with the Wizard of Oz than Le Morte D’Arthur.
