AOTC is amazing, I feel like everything really works now for the most part. Here’s a couple things I would change:

I would add back the nightmare scene, Anakin’s mother is only mentioned once before this so it feels like it comes out of nowhere for him to want to leave so bad. I think it would work better if we saw him having the nightmare at least.
I kind of missed Yoda at the end of the film, it felt slightly short. I like having him use the force to protect Ani and Obi and not taking out his saber (although I don’t hate the Yoda fight)
I would maybe swap the diner scene with some of the Jango asteroid chase, but it worked totally fine the way you have it.

Overall, great job! The added material really changes the film.
