speaking of fan edits, ABOUT SCHMIDT was on the CBC a few weeks ago, and they cut out the whole roadtrip from the movie. It went to commercial as he was leaving in the RV, and when it came back he was arriving at Kathy Bates house. thats like half the movie

That is a great documentary about Willard, wonderfully honest and telling. My congratulations to your friend. Are you all from Canada then?

As far as the documentary being better than the film, well, Willard is a great little film, so I wouldn't say that ... but hey. =D

Recieved all of ADM's stuff. Watched Pearl Harbor last night. Awaiting a PM from DAYV as to how and on what scale we're supposed to be rating these things, and then I'll start writing reviews

My DVDs will be barebones, and probably won't be a big hit.

No menus or anything, just the movie with chapter stops and subtitles. The changes aren't very drastic either, staying true to the films story-wise.

I know I’ve made some very poor decisions recently.

DAYV, your PM is out, but this info is worth making public anyway:

Hannibal and Star Wars -related art for my stuff has been done by Boba Feta.

TheCassidy did stuff for Austin Powers, Harry Potter and The Terminator series. Those weren't submitted to the edit contest since there were really just extended edits without a real creative redirection. But his artwork is great and should be considered if there is a separate art contest.

Lastly, Darth Enzo is working up cover art for Pearl Harbor.

They're all far more talented at this kind of work than I and therefore deserve the lion's share of the credit.
